      在海南,极端降雨和台风等造成的水涝不仅限制了海南油茶(Camellia oleifera Abel.)的分布,还会直接影响油茶的生长和产量。亚精胺(C7H22N3,Spd),是一种提高植物对环境胁迫抗性的生物活性物质,是植物在调节自身生长发育过程中重要的生理代谢调节物质。为了揭示外源亚精胺(Spd)对水淹胁迫下海南本地油茶光合及生理特性的影响并评估外源Spd对提高油茶耐水淹能力的效果,本研究以一年生海南本地油茶为试验材料,探讨水淹胁迫下(半淹,15天)外源Spd对其幼苗光合及生理特性的影响。结果表明:

      Waterlogging caused by extreme rainfall, typhoon and so on not only limits the distribution of Camellia oleifera Abel in Hainan, but also directly affects its growth and yield in Hainan island. Spermidine (C7H22N3, Spd), as a bioactive substance to improve plants" resistance to environmental stress, is an important physiological and metabolic regulator in plants" regulation of their own growth and development. The objectives of this study were to reveal the effect of exogenous spermidine (Spd) on the photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of native C. oleifera in Hainan province under waterlogging stress, and to evaluate the effect of exogenous Spd on improving the waterlogging resistance of C. oleifera. C. oleifera originating from Hainan province was used as a material to investigate the effects of exogenous Spd on the photosynthetic and physiological characteristics under waterlogging stress. The results showed as follows:
