      为研究聚灰比、水胶比和减水剂掺量对加气混凝土砌块界面剂性能(保水性、粘结强度、抗渗能力)的影响,采用试验仪器对其宏观性能和微观形貌(ESEM)进行测试,随后进行方差、极差分析以及机理分析。研究表明:聚灰比是影响界面剂保水性、粘结强度和抗渗能力的最重要因素。保水性、7d及14d剪切粘结强度、7d抗渗压力均随聚灰比的增大而呈增大趋势。掺入PTB乳液后,砂浆内部形成了大量的微孔结构,形成不完全连续的空间骨架-基体网状体系结构,结构致密,提高了界面剂的保水性、粘结强度和抗渗能力。该研究结果可为提高加气混凝土砌块界面剂的性能提供理论参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the influence of polymer cement ratio, water binder ratio and water reducing agent content on the performance of interfacial agent (water retention, bond strength, impermeability) of aerated concrete block, the macro performance and micro morphology (ESEM) of the aerated concrete block were tested by test instrument, and then variance, range analysis and mechanism analysis were carried out. The results show that the polymer cement ratio is the most important factor affecting the water retention, bond strength and impermeability of the interfacial agent. Water retention, 7d and 14d shear bond strength and 7d impermeability pressure increased with the increase of polymer cement ratio. When PTB emulsion was added, a large number of microporous structures were formed inside the mortar, forming incomplete continuous space skeleton matrix network structure with dense structure, which improved the water holding capacity, bond strength and impermeability of the interfacial agents. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for improving the performance of interface agent for aerated concrete block.
