      为改善传统钢-木组合梁因腹板易失稳而导致承载力不能有效利用的不足,设计制作了1根足尺双腹式钢-木组合梁(以下简称“组合梁”)。通过单调静力加载试验对其承载力大小、变形能力、破坏特征等进行研究。在试验研究的基础上利用ABAQUS有限元软件对影响组合梁承载力及变形的关键因素进行扩参数分析,并根据试验及有限元模拟结果推导了组合梁跨中挠度计算公式。结果表明:该类型组合梁具有较高承载力的同时也具有较好的延性变形特征,符合工程应用的要求;组合梁承载力随钢板厚度的增加而提高但提高程度有限,随腹板高度的增加而提高且提高程度显著;推导的跨中挠度公式计算结果与试验值误差较小,可以作为求解该类型组合梁跨中挠度的一种参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the failure of the traditional steel-wood composite beam due to the instability of the web, the bearing capacity can not be effectively utilized. A full-foot double-belt steel-wood composite beam (hereinafter referred to as “composite beam”) was designed and manufactured. The bearing capacity, deformation capacity and failure characteristics were studied by monotonic static loading test. Based on the experimental research, the ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the key factors affecting the bearing capacity and deformation of the composite beam. The calculation formula of the mid-span deflection of the composite beam is derived based on the experimental and finite element simulation results. The results show that the composite beam of this type has high bearing capacity and good ductility deformation characteristics, which meets the requirements of engineering application. The bearing capacity of composite beam increases with the increase of steel plate thickness, but the degree of improvement is limited, with the height of the web. The increase is increased and the degree of improvement is significant; the calculated cross-center deflection formula calculation result has less error with the experimental value, and can be used as a reference for solving the mid-span deflection of the composite beam of this type.
