      近年来建筑隔震技术在我国地震烈度较高地区的建筑物中被广泛使用,但是隔震支座连接板的腐蚀问题并没有引起足够的重视。本文以建筑隔震支座的上下连接板作为研究对象,通过查阅相关研究文献及现场调研,发现目前使用有机涂层作为长效防腐方案在特殊的海洋大气环境下并不能满足工程的耐久性要求,并且有可能导致隔震支座整体失效的风险。论文使用方案比较分析法对重度防腐涂层保护、热喷涂保护及使用耐候钢三种不同方案进行技术经济对比,从全寿命周期费用评估角度得出在我国南方沿海地区隔震支座上下连接板,应优先选用耐候钢的技术政策建议
英文摘要:
      Seismic isolation technology has been widely used in buildings with high seismic intensity scale in China,However, the corrosion of the connection plate of the seismic isolation bearing cannot attract enough attention.In this paper, the upper and lower connecting plates of the isolation bearing are taken as the research object. By consulting relevant research literature and field investigation,it is found that the current use of organic coatings as a long-term anti-corrosion program cannot meet the durability requirements of the project in a special marine atmosphere environment,and may cause the risk of final overall failure of the seismic isolation bearing.The thesis uses the Comparative analysis method to study three different options of heavy anti-corrosion coating protection, thermal spray protection and the use of weathering steel. From the perspective of life cycle cost evaluation, it is suggested that the weathering resistant steel should be preferred for the upper and lower connecting plates of seismic isolation bearings in the coastal areas of southern China.
