      为研究掺混20%体积分数的含水乙醇对汽油的燃烧特性以及循环变动的影响,在未经改动的电喷汽油机上进行台架试验。试验结果表明:在发动机负荷为20 N.m,60 N.m以及全负荷时,燃用E20W的缸内峰值压力分别为2.18MPa,3.91MPa和5.20MPa, 与纯汽油相比在中负荷以及全负荷下有所升高;压力升高率在中低负荷下较低,有很好的抗爆性;另外,中低负荷下,E20W 70个循环的平均指示压力循环变动系数以及最高缸内压力循环变动系数均高于E0,最高缸内压力的循环变动系数升高更为明显。与E0相比,平均指示压力的循环变动系数增加了0.36%,0.81%;最高缸内压力循环变动系数升高5.12%,5.79%。综合来看,E20W可以直接应用于汽油机,有很好的抗爆震性能但是驾驶稳定性降低。

      In order to explore the affect of hydrous ethanol with the volumn of 20% on the combustion characteristics and cyclic variations of gasoline, an experiment was carried out on a EFI engine without modification.The results indicated that the maximum in-cylinder pressure of E20W were 2.18MPa, 3.91MPa and 5.20MPa respectively when the engine was operated at the load of 20 N.m,60 N.m and full load. The peak pressure was higher than pure gasoline at the middle and full load. The pressure rise rate were lower than E0 at the middle and low load, it indicated that E20W has good knock resistance. Additionally, the coefficient of indicated mean effective pressure and peak pressure of E20W in consecutive 70 combustion cycles were higher than E0 at the medium and low loads, the coefficient of peak pressure increased more obviously. The coefficient of indicated mean effective pressure of E20W was higher than E0 about 0.36% and 0.81% compared with E0, the coefficient of peak pressure increased 5.12% and 5.79%, respectively. On the whole, E20W can be applied in test engine directly with a better anti-knock tendency. However, the driving-stability was worse than E0.
