      以降香黄檀幼苗为实验材料,研究不同浓度硅酸钾对降香黄檀幼苗生长发育及其生理特征的影响。结果表明:1 mmol/ L的硅酸钾对降香黄檀幼苗生长发育有促进作用;硅酸钾浓度大于2 mmol/ L对降香黄檀幼苗的生长产生抑制作用,且随着硅酸钾浓度的增加抑制作用加强;在硅酸钾胁迫下,降香黄檀通过渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的调节以适应一定程度的环境变化。该研究结果为硅酸钾促进降香黄檀生长发育提供科学证据,为进一步探究硅酸钾对降香黄檀幼苗逆境条件下生长发育的影响以及生理反应机制的变化提供科学指导。
英文摘要:
      In the report, the effects of potassium silicate at different concentrations on the plant growth and physiological characteristics of Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen seedlings were analyzed. The results showed that when the concentration of K2SiO3 was 1 mmol/L, the plant growth and development of D.odorifera could be significantly improved. However, when the concentration of K2SiO3 was over 2 mmol/L, the growth and development of D.odorifera was gradually inhibited with the increment of K2SiO3 concentration. The D.odorifera seedling could change osmoregulation and increase enzyme activity to cope with certain environmental changes when plants were stressed by high concentrations of K2SiO3. The results provide the evidences that the exogenous potassium silicate can improve the growth and development of D.odorifera, and provide some important information about elucidating the effects of potassium silicate on the plant growth and development, and physiological mechanism of D.odorifera seedlings under abiotic stressed conditions.
