      提出一种基于空间载波调制的散斑干涉测振技术,将散斑干涉测量技术、同态滤波图像处理技术和连续图像采集技术等结合在一起,对物体的微位移低频振动的振幅、周期、频率等参数进行测量,绘制相应的振动曲线,并开发了相应的数据处理系统.实验表明,该方法可实现全场非接触动态测量、精度较高,具有较好的实际应用前景.

      In many applications such as architecture, industrial manufacturing,biomedicine and precision measurement,low-frequency vibration measurement has been paid more and more attention.However, the existing vibration measurement methods are more or less insufficient.In this paper,a speckle interferometry technique based on space carrier modulation was proposed,which combined speckle interferometry,homomorphic filtering image processing and continuous image acquisition techniques to measure the amplitude,period and frequency of micro-displacement low-frequency vibration of an object,draw the vibration curve,and the corresponding data processing system has been developed.Experiments show that this method can realize full-field non-contact dynamic measurement with high accuracy, and has good practical application prospects.
